2013

Two friends join forces and open Dome Pictures Ltd in London, the UK. The company is dedicated to providing crews for independent productions through the UK and Europe.

2014

The first 2D animation short movie is released using Dome Pictures' own colorama render, a key milestone in the development of a reliable computer graphics rendering solution for the company's production needs.

2016

Dome Pictures Ltd decides to move its headquarters to the USA, New York becomes the selected city to see the company grow into a production powerhouse. The company decides to start producing its own films and television shows. Production of documentaries starts.

2018

After 2 years in the US, Dome Pictures joins forces with NYC based Water Mill studios to open Paper Plane Entertainment, an even larger production powerhouse with worldwide reach. Paper Plane Entertainment completes the production of its award-winning film: Wildlife Symphony.

2020

Paper Plane Entertainment produces its first television show: Comedy Night in New York with a successful release on VoD platforms. The company announces the launch of its first major project in LA: Paper Plane Studios. The launch of IBC, Paper Plane Entertainment's own television channel is scheduled to launch during Q4.

Paper Plane Entertainment opens its Production Hub in Los Angeles. Los Angeles becomes the main production location for entertainment production with a 30 member workforce. 

Production of Loose Talk, Columbia Heights and the Dopplers Effect starts.
